Questions About Our Cruises
A on site credit card check will be performed.The card must match the guests photo id which must be a drivers license or passport. Unforunately we have to take these steps to prevent credir card fraud. We are obligated to report attempted fraud to the Police.
Corporate clients can provide letter of authority for employees to use a card on the day. Alternatively bank transfers can be made.
Nore same checks will apply to security bonds. Note credit card bond is a freeze on a card not a withdrawal. Allow up to 15 days for bonds to be lifted. Its a banking fucntion and we have no control on release of bonds. Any questions contact your credit card provider.

Our “Voodoo” can seat up to 12 adults including kids. Due to safety maritime safety regulations, the maximum number of people allowed on board is 12 including kids. HQ can accommodate 24 guests. Under marine regulations, a person is over the age of 12 months old.

You will need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booking so we can brief you and go through the checklists.

Our vessels are commercially safety compliant safe for kids and they will have a great time on it too. Let us know in advance how many children under 10 are on board wearing life jackets is mandatory.
No. Voodoo is skippered by an AMSA-certified driver.
Yes, subject to weather conditions. A person must not be intoxicated while swimming and act responsively.
Unfortunately, shade is not waterproof although it can protect you from a light drizzle. Aqua Donuts doesn't operate in rain or strong winds. Please bring a hat with you in case we are not able to open the shade due to strong winds on an extremely hot day.
Please bring your own food, beverages, camera to capture the fun moments music, and a hat in case of extremely hot weather to have a rocking time! We recommend white-soled shoes to prevent scuff marks on our vessel. Definitely no “high heeled shoes” for the ladies it’s not safe and will damage the teak.
Yes, built-in Cool Box and Fridges are on-board. We have an optional ice bag service.
We have on board a high-fidelity sound system that will pair with most blue tooth devices.

Voodoo is an ocean-going vessel. Depending on the allocation of time we have many cruise options available. A two-hour cruise will go past Port Melbourne towards St Kilda
Allw up to 8 hours to have full bay cruise experience to Sorento and Portsea or Queenscliff. Seal and Dolphin watching opportinites for great photo shots.
Yes if we do not have the following reservation. Additional time must be paid for on request.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund the hire fee if you decide to come back early.
We offer a bad weather guarantee for our guests. If poor weather prevents safe sailing, then you can simply reschedule dates and times over a 12 month period without any additional administration charges. Poor weather is determined on the www.bom.gov.au site. Winds must not exceed 20 knots be raining or have a storm or wind warning for safety reasons these conditions are non-negotiable.
Yes. Life jackets are provided. . Children under 10 years of age must wear them at all times as well as all other equipment and are stored under the seats to comply with Marine Safety Victoria requirements. Please Note – If you inflate the life jacket for any reason other than an emergency, you will be charged $100 per life jacket.

Yes, you will need to make sure that any rubbish is taken off the vessel at the end of the boat charter. . Please put all the rubbish in the rubbish bag provided and dispose of it. A cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply which will be deducted from the bond failing to remove rubbish or causing wine stains.
Yes. We have a full range of fishing gear and a bait service. Please arrange in advance
Guests are allowed to have alcohol. Unruly behavior won’t be tolerated and will end the cruise early with no refund. Authorities will be notified if passengers are abusive with our staff and you will forfeit your security deposit. The Water Police regularly patrol the area to ensure safe boating for everybody. Any drug use is strictly prohibited and offenders are automatically reported to the police.

You will be required to make full payment by credit card during the time of booking. A 500 security deposit is required before boarding.
No. We do not have any facility to collect cash at the hiring facility. Payment must be provided as a confirmation of your booking
You can do a funds transfer however we require cleared funds.
We understand that plans can change, therefore we provide our customers with the option to reschedule bookings to another date within a 12 month period. Refunds are not provided. Bookings can be canceled four days before without penalty. Within four days a $50 admin charge does apply. No admin fee for bad weather on the day!
A $500 bond for the duration of the hire. The bond covers the insurance premium excess on each “Aqua Donut” and any damage to it. The guest is ultimately responsible for any damage to the vessel for the duration of the hire. The bond needs to be paid by a credit card before departure. . You will forfeit a full security deposit if passengers are too drunk, being abusive with our staff, or any damage to the boats, leaving rubbish on board or causing wine stains.
There is an administration charge of $100 to reactivate an expired gift card or voucher.
